Introduction
Myself Lila Nyaichyai, Ph.D., Assistant Professor at the Central Department of Library and Information Science, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. My Ph.D. was in the International Relations, specifics to Chinese Public Diplomacy in Nepal. Currently, I am involved in the research area of digital library software DSpace. I am teaching Information Control Techniques, Data communication, Research Methodology for Library and Information Science.
